Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is excited to invite Medical Weight Management patients and their families to an evening of fellowship and celebration at ‘Testimonial Tuesday’ on Nov. 14, starting at 5 p.m. at Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby. 

‘Testimonial Tuesday’ offers participants the opportunity to hear from three remarkable individuals who are current CRMC Medical Weight Management patients. These individuals have made extraordinary changes in their lives through their commitment to this evidenced-based program and the implementation of lifestyle changes. Inspiring stories of courage, strength, and hope will serve as motivation for others navigating their personal weight loss journeys. 

Space for this event is limited, and all attendees must purchase their tickets in advance. Tickets are priced at $25 per person and can be purchased online at https://CRMCweightmgmt.givesmart.com. Please note that registration will close on November 7, or when all available tickets are sold. 

A gourmet, low-carbohydrate buffet, with macros precalculated, will be served. Ensuring a delicious and health-conscious dining experience.
