We offer a range of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for CRMC employees.
Tuition Reimbursement
Employees who regularly work 40 hours or more per pay period and have been employed for at least one year can apply for tuition reimbursement up to $3,000.
Ongoing RN Education
Every RN has $750 available for non-mandatory education each year, including workshops, advanced certification testing, and travel expenses for education.
The Care Center
The Care Center and Heartwood collaboratively offer OnTrack, a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Course to new team members.
Employees in the Care Center can also apply for scholarship or tuition reimbursement funds up to $5,000 each school year toward their LPN or RN.
Pipeline Grant
Employees can apply for up to $8,000 a year for up to 4 years for specific technical certifications. Programs offered have included: LPN, RN(ASN), CMA, Medical Laboratory Technician, Respiratory Therapist, Radiologic Technologist, and Paramedic.
Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship
Gain experience in navigated anterior hip replacement, robotic total knee replacement, shoulder reconstruction as well as revision and infection work at a high-volume private practice. The focus of this one-year fellowship is on real-world care with an outcomes-based approach. Research opportunities and registry data are available.

Clinical Rotations
A clinical rotation is an essential component of a student’s academic journey. During this period, students are placed in a supervised setting where they can apply the skills learned in the classroom. This application is for those interested in the CRMC Clinical Rotation Program. Please note that due to limited availability, we cannot assure a spot for every applicant.
