
Area seniors are invited to attend a presentation by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Psychiatrist Darshana Bhattacharyya about the mental health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that will be given as a free Lunch and Learn seminar by a panel of experts on Thursday, May 12, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Deerwood Auditorium.
Dr. Bhattacharyya will discuss how to best support yourself and/or your loved ones and share mental health services offered at CRMC. A member of CRMC’s Behavioral Health team since September 2021, Dr. Bhattacharyya treats adult individuals struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and other psychiatric illness. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in molecular and cell biology at the University of California at Berkeley.
