Cuyuna Regional Medical Center this Fall is offering a class for people wanting to help save lives and contribute to the health of their community.
An Emergency Medical Technician and Emergency Medical Responder class is planned for Fall semester. Tentative classes would start the third week of September and continue until the third week of January at CRMC in Crosby. Upon completion of a course, students are eligible to become a licensed member of Minnesota’s Emergency Medical Services community.
CRMC’s graduates have achieved a 92 percent first attempt pass success rate on the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Exam. Many area first responder groups, emergency medical service, police and fire include alumni from CRMC’s programs.
Class hours are 6 to 10 p.m. to accommodate working schedules; a payment plan is available. For more information or to register, please contact instructor Bryan Krantz at 218-546-2344.
