Ingredients
  • 1 pound sweet peppers mini, halved
  • 8 ounces Gouda cheese (smoked and grated)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup onion grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Directions
