Chicken Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Here’s a simple 4-ingredient recipe perfect for quick meal prep for the work week.
Makes 4 bell peppers | 15 min. prep
Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 2 c. of rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz. garden vegetable cream cheese
- Everything bagel seasoning
directions:
1. Slice peppers in half, remove seeds
2. Shred the rotisserie chicken (or chicken of choice)
3. Mix the cream cheese and shredded chicken
4. Spoon chicken mixture into bell pepper half
5. Top with everything bagel seasoning
6. Serve immediately!
