Keto Pumpkin Mousse

Makes: 4 servings | Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
directions:
1. Place all ingredients except for the cream into a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until thick.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
4. Spoon into dessert cups or pipe using a piping bag.
6. Store in the refrigerator until serving. Keeps fresh for up to 5 days.
