Ashley Gagnon Joins CRMC Family Medicine
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Ashley Gagnon, MS, PA-C, to its Family Medicine team. Gagnon will provide care for patients of all ages at CRMC’s Baxter Clinic and Breezy Point Clinic.
Gagnon brings a patient-centered approach to primary care, with a focus on building strong relationships and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
Her clinical interests include:
- Preventive medicine and wellness
- Hypertension
- Obesity and weight management
- Women’s health
- Cardiovascular risk reduction
- Sleep disorders
- Mental health
- Addiction medicine

For Gagnon, joining CRMC is more than a career move. It’s an opportunity to give back to the organization that cared for her family when they needed it most.
“CRMC has cared for my family for years, and I’ve seen firsthand the difference exceptional healthcare can make in people’s lives,” said Gagnon. “When my father needed advanced medical care, I moved him from Arizona to Minnesota so he could be treated at CRMC. The care he received not only improved his quality of life, but ultimately saved his life.”

Professional Background and Service
Before joining CRMC, Gagnon practiced at North Star Family Medicine. Originally from Lake Havasu City, Arizona, she is a U.S. Navy veteran who served five years on active duty, including deployment with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
Gagnon earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a certified VA Compensation and Pension Examiner.
