All Stressed Up; Nowhere to Go

Dr. Shelley Overholt-Thiesen will provide information about activities and techniques that can help people manage stress and keep it at a healthy level.  She will also give advice on how a physician can help with stress-related health issues such as headaches, high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, chest pain, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.  Free, no R.S.V.P. needed.

Registered Dietitian Heather Erickson will speak about the pros and cons of current, popular diet trends such as Paleo, gluten free diets, and others. The event is free and open to the public, no reservation is necessary.

Brain Injury Support Group

Time:  6-8 p.m.
Place:  CRMC Clinic Conference Room

 

All are welcome to a support group for people with brain injuries and their caregivers. The group’s facilitator is Russ Philstrom, a CRMC Rehabilitation Aide and member of the Brain Injury Alliance of Minnesota.  There is no charge and no reservation is necessary.  Call 651-329-1373 for more information.
