Licensed for 69 beds, offering round-the-clock care for long-term residents and those in need of short-stay options like rehabilitation and post-surgery recovery. Specializing in resident-centered care, our staff supports individuals with cognitive impairments and dementia. Conveniently situated on the Medical Campus, our facility provides easy access to comprehensive medical services.

Every day, we strive to provide different opportunities for engagement and enjoyment, such as outings, educational and enrichment classes, religious services, and a wide range of recreational activities.

New Care Center Construction

A state-of-the-art, multimillion-dollar 45,000-square-foot nursing home is being built on the Heartwood Senior Living Community campus in Crosby and will open Fall 2024.
