Bio
Shelby Gregg joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in December 2025 as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). With a passion for critical-access medicine and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on patients’ daily lives, Shelby is dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable care to our rural community.
Before coming to CRMC, she earned her undergraduate degree from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Psychology. She went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. Throughout her career, she has valued the flexibility of the PA profession—appreciating the ability to work across specialties while maintaining a strong work–life balance that allows her to spend more time with family and enjoy the activities she loves. A committed patient advocate, she enjoys building relationships with patients, providing education, and ensuring they feel informed and involved in their care.
Originally from Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, Shelby has long been familiar with the Cuyuna Lakes region. Outside of work, she enjoys running, skiing, crocheting, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She especially loves being outdoors with her dog, Rocket, a lively German Shepherd–Husky mix.
