Bio
Jenn began working as a Hospitalist at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in August of 2024. She started her career in nursing over 20 years ago as a Nursing Assistant at CRMC. Since then, she has worked as a Registered Nurse (RN), a Critical Care Coordinator, and a floor nurse in the ICU and medical-surgical unit. Previously, she worked as an RN in a large trauma ICU and as a Public Health Nurse for Crow Wing County. She enjoys working in the healthcare field because everyone has a story that has influenced their view, and she is excited to hear her patient’s stories and partner with them to meet their healthcare goals as they recover from illness or surgery. Jenn received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Winona State University and obtained her undergraduate from the College of Saint Scholastica with a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing. While obtaining her degree, she gained invaluable clinical experience at CRMC in general surgery, as well as hospital medicine, trauma ICU, and palliative care at medical facilities throughout the Twin Cities metro. Jenn’s achievements include being a 2023 Daisy Award recipient and a member of the clinical recognition program as a clinical expert since 2019. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children in her spare time, reading, playing games, relaxing at the lake, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
