After previously working at CRMC as a Hospitalist, Graham Fain rejoined the organization in July 2025, drawn back by positive experiences and the opportunity to practice full-scope Internal Medicine in a rural setting. He now splits his time evenly between Hospitalist duties and the Internal Medicine clinic. Fain also brings a decorated military background as a retired United States Air Force Major.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University and completed his Doctor of Osteopathy at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Wright State University. Fain has experience in academic medicine and taught Internal Medicine residents at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Fain lives locally and enjoys being part of the community. Outside of work, he’s an avid baseball and football fan, enjoys kayaking on the lakes, target shooting, and is working on improving his golf game.
