Andy joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center full-time in August 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado and completed his anesthesia training at the Minneapolis School of Anesthesia.

Frankwick spent a decade at North Memorial, followed by five years serving patients across the metro through a locum tenens role, including time at CRMC.

“I appreciate the collaborative environment and the ability to practice a broad scope of anesthesia at CRMC,” Frankwick said. “The opportunity to be hands-on with regional techniques and other advanced modalities is something that’s not always accessible in larger metro systems. I am proud to be part of a team where I can continue to grow professionally and better serve our patients.”

In his free time, Frankwick enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, fishing, and watching movies.
