Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Home Health is one of 25 agencies nationwide to recently receive Elite Status Honor from HEALTHCAREfirst, a leading provider of revenue cycle management services, patient surveys, and advanced analytics for home health organizations.
CRMC received the distinction because its patient satisfaction survey scores were above average for 100 percent, or all 19 survey questions from April 2022 through March 2023. CRMC’s Director of Home Care/Hospice, Jennifer Wiedell, credits the team’s continual efforts to provide high-quality, respectful, personalized care.
“This award shines a light on the hard work of our entire team, including physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, therapists, the chaplain, massage therapist, administrative team, and volunteers,” Wiedell said. “Our team takes pride in providing the best possible patient experience, and we are honored to receive this award.”
The Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) Honors Elite award program is a prestigious annual review that recognizes agencies that continuously provide quality care as measured from the patient’s experiences and perspectives. The award acknowledges the highest-performing agencies by analyzing the performance of HHCAHPS satisfaction measures. Honors Elite is an exclusive recognition for home health agencies that have selected HEALTHCAREfirst as their home health survey partner.
