CRMC Welcomes Tracy Heidenreich as Director of Facilities

CROSBY, Minn. – Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is pleased to welcome Tracy Heidenreich as its new Director of Facilities. Heidenreich brings more than 20 years of experience in property and facilities management, most recently serving as Director of Facilities at St. Gabriel’s Health in Little Falls, a critical access hospital serving rural communities.  

Throughout his career, Heidenreich has led facility operations in complex healthcare environments. His background includes:

• Healthcare facility operations
• Regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Capital planning and infrastructure management
• Creating safe, efficient spaces that support patient care

In addition to his hospital leadership experience, Heidenreich spent five years managing facilities for an Ambulatory Surgery Center and 10 years in property and facilities management in the Twin Cities.

At CRMC, Heidenreich will oversee facility operations and infrastructure across the organization. His work will help ensure patients, families, and staff experience safe, modern, and well-maintained spaces.
