Lunch & Learn: A Healthier, Happier You!

Cuyuna Area Connections, in partnership with Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), is sponsoring a free Lunch and Learn seminar on Tuesday, September 16, at noon at Heartwood Senior Living. The theme is a Healthier, Happier You!

Join Kara Schaefer from Crow Wing Energized, Teresia Mortenson from Vivie Behavioral Health, and Tina Johnson, a Crow Wing County social worker, as they highlight local health and wellness resources. Learn about programs like Matter of Balance, the National Diabetes Prevention Program, and Aging Mastery. You’ll also discover PEARLS—a program designed to reduce depression and enhance quality of life for older adults.
