Bio
Salina Winslow joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center as a physical therapist in 2025. She values the close-knit community and creativity that go hand in hand with providing care in a rural hospital. Salina was drawn to CRMC after hearing positive feedback from community members and seeing the meaningful impact rural health care can have on patients’ lives.
Salina earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities through an NROTC scholarship and served four years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. She went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, followed by an Acute Care Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She enjoys helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities that bring them joy.
With family roots in Crosby and the Brainerd Lakes Area, Salina has long hoped to live and work in the region. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, exploring the outdoors, reading, knitting, running, and training in Tae Kwon Do.
