Taylor Pilger, PA-C is a certified physician assistant at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, working alongside the foot and ankle team to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions—from routine care to surgical support.

Taylor joined CRMC in April 2023 after practicing as a family medicine physician assistant at Family Medical Center in Little Falls, Minnesota. She brings a strong clinical background and a patient-centered approach to care, helping patients improve mobility and manage foot and ankle pain.

Her clinical training includes rotations at St. Gabriel’s Family Medical Clinic in Little Falls, Nystrom & Associates in New Brighton, St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, and Essentia Health in Duluth.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog, and enjoying time on the water boating and fishing.
