
Experienced Physician Assistant Bret Danielson, Ph.D., of Little Falls, recently joined the staff of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and will begin practicing at its new Breezy Point Clinic on Wednesday, May 22.
Danielson has over 12 years’ experience working as a temporary physician’s assistant at various hospitals and clinics in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa and Wyomig. His special skills include evidence-based medicine, close patient/provider relationships, complex suturing, endoscopic vessel harvesting, incisiion and drainage, and proficiency in interpreting chest, abdominal and pelvic X-ray/CT scans and lumbar MRIs. He has special interest in research with experience in physiology and neuroscience.
The physician assistant holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Apologetics from Newburgh Seminary and a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Dakota. Danielson also earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Pre-Health Emphasis at the University of North Dakota.
CRMC’s new Breezy Point Clinic is located in the North Star Center on County Road 11 across from the Breezy Point Sports Center. The facility includes nine exam rooms, a procedure room, laboratory and X-ray room.
