
As new cases of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) are confirmed in Minnesota, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is restricting visitors and limiting access to its facilities to protect its patients, residents and staff.
Beginning Monday, March 16, new visitor restriction standards will be put into place for the health and safety of everyone. No visitors will be allowed in CRMC’s facilities except for instances of compassionate care and those must be arranged. Obstetrics, outpatient surgery, and emergency patients will be allowed one support person. Children and individuals requiring support may have one person come with. No children are allowed at this time except as a patient. Only approved clergy and vendors will be allowed in the facility. Please consider communicating with loved ones over the phone, video chat, e-mail or social media.
The only access to CRMC will be the main entrance from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily; Entrance B from 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Friday; and through the Emergency Department when emergency care is needed. A simple wellness screening of symptoms will be conducted for all those entering the facility.
People at risk of illness are encouraged to have a healthy person pick up prescriptions or call Cuyuna Lakes Pharmacy at 218-545-2345 to have their medications delivered. Pharmacy customers will be allowed in the facility but will be screened.
