Because of concerns over patient and staff health and safety and in order to facilitate the visitor screening process, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s shuttle service will temporarily close and no longer be available.
Also, to protect patients and staff, CRMC has closed public access to its Business Support Services building. Employees will continue to provide customers with access to their medical records and will be available to answer billing related questions. The staff will work directly with individual patients to arrange for safe pick up or send items via mail. Arrangements can also be made for urgent requests as the law defines a release for records to be within 30 days.
