About This Provider:

Board Certified Physician Assistant Paige Kane of Becker, Minn., joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's medical staff in June 2022 to practice with Surgeon James Stokman, M.D., the Brainerd Lakes Area’s only spine surgeon. The physician assistant utilizes advanced techniques to assist in performing spinal decompression, fusion, and cervical disc replacement. She collaborates with orthopaedics, interventional pain specialists, osteopaths, and physical therapy for a holistic approach. 

Kane earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Medicine at The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Exercise Science and Hispanic studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Before CRMC, she worked as a Cardiology Technician at Essentia Health in Grand Rapids and as a Certified Nurse’s Aide for Boulder Community Health Foothills Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Minnesota Association of Physician Assistants.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys the great outdoors, especially hiking with her dog, fishing, hunting, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and spending time with her family and friends.
