Lunch & Learn Seminar: Coping with Holiday Stress

Cuyuna Area Connections, in partnership with Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), is sponsoring a free Lunch and Learn seminar on Tuesday, November 19, at noon at Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby. CRMC’s Behavioral Health’s Kristin Furan, PsyD, will present on ‘Coping with Holiday Stress.’ Learn coping strategies and practical ideas to manage stress and grief during the holiday season. Additionally, explore ways to find joy and hope amidst the challenges.
Kristin Furan, PsyD, began practicing at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in January 2019. She treats individuals, couples, and families struggling with needs such as grief and loss, stress and anxiety, panic attacks and fears, life and family transitions, parenting and relational conflict, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, social difficulties, chronic illness, self-defeating or harmful behaviors, substance abuse and issues with self-esteem.
