Hope & Healing: Cancer Support Seminar

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), will host Hope & Healing: A Cancer Support Seminar on December 19, from noon to 1:00 p.m. CRMC’s Ashley Yager, APRN, AG-ACNP, FNP, will present on “Alternative and Complementary Therapies: Are Supplements Safe?” Yager joined the Cancer Care Center medical staff as a Nurse Practitioner in September 2023. She provides care and consulting services for those with hematologic disease and who have been diagnosed with cancer as well as provides education to patients and their families.

The seminar is an opportunity to share experiences, support one another, listen, and learn. It is held monthly on the third Thursday, with a soup and sandwich lunch. Each month a different topic related to cancer is highlighted. There is no cost to attend, but those planning to attend should e-mail Darlene.hendrickson@cuyunamed.org or call 218.545.4454.
