Cancer Support Group

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), will host its monthly cancer support group on August 15, from noon to 1:00 p.m. CRMC’s Jalita Reeder, RN, will present on “Sharing our Gifts: Making the Most of our Time”. Reeder, a Population Health and Wellness Nurse, has worked as a nurse in 3rd world countries and uses her gifts to help others outside of the Brainerd Lakes community.
The group is an opportunity to share experiences, support one another, listen, and learn. Cancer Support Group meetings are held monthly on the third Thursday, with a soup and sandwich lunch. Each month a different topic related to cancer is highlighted. There is no cost to attend, but those planning to attend should e-mail dustine.parks@cuyunamed.org or call 218.546.4319.
