Ranger Run, a youth cross country program for fun and fitness at Cuyuna Range Elementary School’s playground, is cancelled on Monday, Sept. 27, and will resume on Monday, Oct. 4, at 6 p.m. with a Color Run.
Students from pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade are encouraged to join the Ranger Run's Color Run. Participants can expect to have a lot of fun while being splashed in a rainbow of color while they run. Youth should wear clothes that can get messy, a garbage bag or towel to sit on in the car, a camera for a colorful photo, and a smile. Three heats will be held based on grade level.
The Color Run is free and no pre-registration is required. A rain out date has been set for October 11. Thanks to CRES PTO and Cuyuna Regional Medical Center for helping to sponsor this event. For more information contact Chris McCusker, stormthecastle66@gmail.com or 319-541-5580
