Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Behavioral Health team offers one-on-one comprehensive care for patients facing mental health issues from across the lifespan. We are committed to providing the personalized professional help you need, through a wide range of outpatient services for diagnosis, treatment and management of mental health concerns.

Our team of board certified psychiatrists, a psychologist, and a psychotherapist counselor serve adolescents and adults on various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma-focused therapy. Providers work closely with primary care providers to integrate mental health services. We serve clients in Crosby and its surrounding areas. Most insurance and Employee Assistance Programs are accepted.

Our team’s goal is to help patients effectively cope with stressors and strengthen emotional resilience in order to improve wellness and optimize health outcomes.

Board-certified psychiatrists offer consultation, diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment services to adults ages 18 and over. A 60-minute initial intake evaluation will be scheduled, and ongoing follow-up intervals will vary on an individual basis (though generally range from every other week to every three to six months). Psychiatric services usually involve medication management, though may include therapy in some instances.

Highly-trained professionals employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to help adolescents and adults improve their mental health and general well-being. A 60-minute initial intake evaluation will be scheduled, and ongoing follow-up usually occurs on a more regular basis (usually weekly or every other week). Psychological services involve various types of therapy or counseling services
