
Registered Nurse Anne Roberts of Brainerd was recently promoted to Campus Administrator of Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby.
In her new position, Roberts will directly supervise all Quality Service Team members; develop and lead an effective management team; participate in overall planning, decision making, and implementation of policies and procedures; and establish and maintain a work environment that is conducive to high productivity and morale.
Roberts had served as Heartwood’s Clinical Administrator the past four years. Prior to that, she was a Registered Nurse Manager at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Care Center for three years. She also worked as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nurse Assistant at CRMC for nine years.
The Administrator holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. She also holds an Associate of Science and Licensed Practical Nurse degrees in nursing from Central Lakes College in Brainerd. She and her husband, Tony, have two sons and one daughter.
Heartwood is a partnership between CRMC and Presbyterian Homes & Services is a non-profit, faith-based organization in St. Paul that is committed to providing a broad range of high-quality housing choices, care, and service options for older adults. Heartwood currently serves people aged 55 and older with 50 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living apartments, 12 memory care apartments, and 16 memory care suites.
