
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby recently recognized 10 of its Registered Nurses at a dinner for accomplishing vast criteria and education and applying it to their practice by completing the organization’s Clinical Recognition Program.
Recovery Nurse Brittany Schwarz of Crosby and Outpatient Services Nurse Dustine Parks of Aitkin were recognized as a Clinical Scholars. Clinical Experts who were honored included Kristin Christensen, Recovery RN of Deerwood; Peggy Forstner, Surgical Services RN/Clinical IT Coordinator of Crosby; Krystal Gottsman, Recovery RN/Education Coordinator of Pequot Lakes; Traci Gujer, Recovery RN of Aitkin; Jenn Mount, Critical Care Coordinator of Crosby; Sarah Oehrlein, Operating Room RN of Brainerd; Jesse Oman, OB Coordinator of Aitkin; and Christine Roy, Radiology RN of Fifty Lakes
The purpose of the Clinical Recognition Program (CRP) is to recognize and reward commitment to and expertise in clinical practice for Registered Nurses employed at CRMC. The CRP provides opportunities for eligible nurses to progress through a clinical career advancement program through the initial and ongoing achievement of designated credentials, clinical skills and contributions. All nurses covered by the Registered Nurse employee policy agreement are eligible to apply.
