
Board Certified Pediatrician and Sports Medicine physician Wendi Johnson, M.D., FAAP, will begin treating patients at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Crosby Clinic in September.
Dr. Johnson comes to CRMC from St. Cloud where she practiced at CentraCare Clinic Pediatrics since 2020. She grew up in Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hillsdale College and then earned her Medical Degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, where she met her husband.
Dr. Johnson completed her Residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Dr. Johnson holds certifications in Pediatrics, Sports Medicine and ImPact Consultation (concussion testing).
She and her husband, Dr. Tony Haas, a CRMC Emergency Physician, have two children in college. In her free time, she was very involved with Girl and Boy Scouts and parish school activities. As her children grew up, she has spent more time running, swimming, paddle boarding, quilting, knitting and reading. Dr. Johnson and her husband look forward to becoming members of the Crosby area community.
