Women age 40 and older can learn how to live healthier and happier at Menopause Mayhem, a free community event planned for Tuesday, April 23, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at The Woods in Merrifield.

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Menopause and Healthy Aging team will make brief presentations and there will be numerous booths with educational information. Those attending will also enjoy mini spa services, appetizers and wine, and receive a complimentary gift bag. 

Among the topics to be discussed are controlling menopause symptoms, sexual dysfunction, options for low libido, hot flashes, causes of hormone imbalance, mood changes, sleep issues, painful intercourse, abnormal bleeding, pelvic floor treatments and other topics.
