Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Recruiter Jessica Spicer of Aitkin on Wednesday received the organization’s Trophy Fish Award for going above and beyond to assist the organization by bringing a little happiness to employees in a time of crisis.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Spicer and her children baked and expertly decorated 240 springtime cupcakes for CRMC’s employees to thank them for their dedication. The treats were a welcome surprise treat to all the staff who enjoyed them. “This act of kindness represents the spirit here at CRMC and truly went above and beyond any expectations,” her nominator wrote. “Thank you Jess for all that you do!”
Spicer has been a CRMC employee since March 2019.
