Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Admitting Clerk Lynn Zontelli of Crosby recently received the organization’s Trophy Fish Award for going above and beyond in her job duties by assisting a co-worker in caring for her father.

Zontelli’s co-worker’s father was discharged from the hospital three days before the co-worker’s younger sister was getting married in the Twin Cities. The co-worker was the maid of the honor and had to leave her father home as with his condition he was unable to travel. Zontelli offered to go and sit with her dad, putting her mind at ease being so far away. In addition, she made it possible to FaceTime with him during the entire ceremony. “This would not have been possible without Zontelli going out of her way to help me as I am my father’s primary caregiver,” her nominator wrote.

Zontelli has been member of CRMC’s staff the past two years.
