As clinic and outpatient schedules open, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center continues to restrict visitors and limit access to its facilities to protect its patients, residents and staff. This is in line with the Emergency Executive Orders during the Peacetime Emergency.
For the health and safety of everyone, no visitors are being allowed in CRMC’s facilities, e.g.: clinics, surgery, obstetrics, emergency room, hospital, etc. Exceptions will be advised at the time of scheduling and/or during the hospital stay. CRMC continues to allow one support individual/guardian for minors, people who require extensive mobility support, and those needing support due to memory loss or impaired decision making. Patients meeting one of these exceptions, please communicate this at the time of scheduling. Please consider participating in health care over the phone, video chat, e-mail or social media.
Non-patient access to CRMC continues to be restricted. Everyone entering the facility will be screened and required to wear a mask. Only the Main Entrance will be available between 4:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Entrance A is available only for oncology and wound care patients from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Emergency Department entrance continues to be available 24/7.
Cuyuna Lakes Pharmacy continues to offer curbside pickup service Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To utilize the service, drive to the main entrance of CRMC and text your name and vehicle description to 218-217-4806. A Pharmacy staff member will safely bring your prescription(s) to your vehicle. Two reserved Pharmacy parking spaces are also available at the entrance along Highway 210. Signs are posted with the text number. Those without the ability to text, may call (218) 546-2345 for assistance.
