About This Provider:
Emergency Physician Christopher Kaczmarczyk, D.O., of Minneapolis joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department in July 2018. He had been a casual emergency physician at CRMC since May 2017. Dr. Kaczmarczyk came to CRMC from Hennepin County Medical Center, where he completed a fellowship in emergency medicine ultrasound. He also completed a three-year emergency medicine residency at HCMC.
The physician’s other work experience includes serving as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Minnesota’s Department of Emergency Medicine. He also served as a student program specialist for AmeriCorps VISTA—Ohio Campus Compact at John Carroll University. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology and Bioethics, Dr. Kaczmarczyk earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. He also studied abroad at University College Cork in Ireland.
He is board certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is also a member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, American College of Emergency Physicians, Society for Academic Emergency Medicine, Emergency Medicine Residents Association, and Sigma Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Service and Honor Society.
