About This Provider:

 CRMC was excited to welcome Chad to the Rehabilitation Team in August 2015. Before his arrival, he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis in 2013.

He started his career in an outpatient setting in Howard Lake, MN, and became a traveling Physical Therapist. Through this experience, he expanded his knowledge in a myriad of care settings including home care, outpatient, and acute care.

In addition to his expansive knowledge in each setting, Chad has a multitude of sub-specialties in the clinical field. Certified in Dry Needling, he assists CRMC Rehabilitation in the vast array of specialties that are used to personalize care. Chad is also pursuing further education through Michigan State University’s Manual Medicine program, as well as Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Leading CRMC’s Multidisciplinary Sports Medicine Team since 2018, Chad also has comprehensive expertise in the areas of orthopaedic rehabilitation, concussion management, and the multiplicity of sports-related injuries.   

His outside interests include spending time with family, watching and playing most sports, being outdoors, camping, running, and hunting. Chad also coaches boys soccer for Brainerd Senior High School.
