Dr. Stacy Sjoberg joins the Medical Campus in Crosby

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and MIMIS (Minnesota Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery) are pleased to announce the addition of ophthalmic surgeon, Dr. Stacy Sjoberg. Dr. Sjoberg is fellowship trained in cornea and external diseases of the eye. This subspecialty involves the diagnosis and management of diseases of the cornea, sclera and eyelids. Her training includes traditional and newer techniques in corneal transplant surgery as
well as surgery to correct refractive errors, LASIK and PRK. Dr. Sjoberg provides comprehensive ophthalmic care including cataract surgery, glaucoma and diabetes management.

Dr. Sjoberg earned her PhD in Ocular Genetics and her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her ophthalmic residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at John Hopkins Hospital and her Cornea and External Disease Fellowship at the University of Iowa.
