Advanced Life Support Ambulance. Cuyuna Regional Medical Center provides Advanced Life Support Ambulance services to the eastern half of Crow Wing County. The ambulance service is staffed with highly skilled EMT's and Paramedics, many of whom are also trained respiratory care practitioners. In 1984, this combination of skills along with trained Paramedics assisted CRMC's ambulance service in becoming one of the first ALS systems rural in Minnesota.
Our skilled ambulance staff is capable of performing advanced treatments and procedures in the field before reaching the hospital. In emergency situations, time is critical in saving lives. Along with a dedicated staff of skilled professionals, CRMC also maintains three fully equipped ALS ambulances and an ALS equipped GMC Suburban for use in special situations.
