Dr. Leigh Bauer, OB/GYN joins CRMC

Dr. Leigh Bauer, OB/GYN physician joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in September. Dr. Bauer is looking forward to providing a full range of obstetric and gynecological care including labor and delivery, minimally invasive surgery, and wellness exams. Dr. Bauer has a special interest in guiding women through the journeys of pregnancy and childbirth. She joins Drs. Michael and Rachel Cady, Donna Claypool, WHNP, and the experienced OB/GYN staff who provide highly skilled, compassionate care to women.

Dr. Bauer completed her residency at Sisters of Charity in Buffalo, NY. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas where she graduated Cum Laude and earned her degree as a Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University in 2008. 

Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Bauer, her husband Jordan and son Seamus have enjoyed moving back to the area.
